Shift Report:
Fela was relaxing watching his movies at start of shift. Emma did the board with Fela for the rest of the evening activities. Ate well and had his supplements. We let him relax listening to music for a bit before emma started the mr motivator instead of mac club as we had tea a bit late. Watched his movies after some exercise. Staff sat with Fela while watching moana. We got him ready for his bath and now sat relaxed.
