I arrived for myshift fela was still at mama and micheals. I met at Dan at fela then headed to mama and micheals. On our arrival fela was taking his supplements and full of smiles. We loaded the car and then fela got his shoes and socks on and we headed for home. We meet Julie at felas.
We then got fela settled put music on re did social story. While fela relaxed we went in staff room and ran through some stuff with Julie. We then went introduce Julie to fela, fela then asked for five and listened to music. Fela then sat at his table at 11am for snack
Shortly after we got put shoes on and fela used toilet abs past urine.
We then left to go on neighbourhood walk fela was vocal but happy then about half way through became agaited stamping his feet, gruntal nosies. I asked flea if he wanted carry on walking or go home he pointed for more walking. Fela then became more agaited so asked again and he pointed towards carry on walking then home sigh. I think fela was getting g confused which way home was. So I asked fela what he would like to do. He signed for home stright away so explained abd pointed way home was so we walked that about 10 mintues of heading in home direction fela became just vocal.
We then returned home fela took outer ware off went sat on toielt Dan support flea to change clothing and remove socks. After finished fela webt sat in his chair and listned to music.
On my leaving fela was getting ready for lunch.
I then returned back to felas for evening shift . On my returning fela was sat watching dvd I said hello to fela. I then had handover from zoe and Dan.
I then went and did the board with fela. Myself and fela then showed Julie foot physio and handle.
Fela then relaxed watching dvd.
We then sat down for dinner fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy. After dinner fela went to toielt and past urine. Fela then went sat in his rocking chair and carried on watching dvd.
At 19.10pm fela went on his gym ball he was very happy on this and was smiling. Fela Bounced for 35 min. Then relaxed in in his chair watching tangled.
At 8pm fela went and sat at table and had his snack. Fela then went sat in his rocking chair watching dvd.
I then prompted fela into the bathroom.. fela used the toielt and past urine, then got into bath. I supported fela with personal hygiene then he relaxed in the bath.
