Fela did his nighttime routine, had a small bowel movement and blood was coming from his anus, got into bed around 21.30. Put music on for Fela and he went to sleep until 4.20am, Fela went to the toilet had a wee. Returned to bed and he was vocal on and off. Prompted Fela to use toilet again at 6.15 then he returned to bed. Again vocal on and off. Took Fela a cup of a tea at 7am. Left Fela to relax for a little bit. We prompted Fela to go to use the shower, Fela then got undressed and had a shower, while in the shower we stripped his bed as it was covered in blood from his keloids. Let Fela have a splash in the shower for a little while. Fela then got out the shower and dried himself and out his clothes on with encouragement from staff. Creams were applied, Fela brushed his hair. Fela came downstairs and had breakfast and suppliments.
