Due to Zoe’s feeling unwell, I covered part of her day shift.
Fela was listening to ‘the Drifters’ on Plex for most of the morning up until the time we left for Burslem Park. He walked for 35 minutes fairly briskly, going around twice. He initiated playing cards in the car on the way home. Chloe changed him from head to toe on arriving home as he was very sweaty.
After lunch, I gave him a quick manicure which consisted of cutting and filing his fingernails, then applying almond oil. Michael came to relieve me, and I left around 1pm. Fela was calm and sitting quietly in his chair. I blew him a few kisses which he reciprocated.
