Fela was in bed by 22:50. I didn’t hear anything from Fela until 6:30. when I went to check him he had wet the bed. so I prompted him to the loo, and whilst he was in there, I stripped the bed and remade it.
Since Fela had clearly had enough sleep, I prompted him into the shower at 7:00. Then he put back on his dressing gown and I guided him back to bed to have his apple, water and pear and apple tea as he is accustomed to doing. Afterwards, I cut his fingernails and toenails as they were getting too long, and I didn’t think he could tolerate them until Sunday – the usual day for manicures and pedicures.
Fela dressed well, and was down for breakfast at 8:50. He is now enjoying his porridge with Michael.
