I arrived for my shift at 9am on my arrival fela was sitting in his rocking chair I said hello. Then had hand over from zoe.
I then updated fela board with him he seemed happy with today activities fela continued to relax listening to music, he then had his smack.
At 11am we got ready to go for walk we went to knpersley but the car park was full and there wasnt anywhere to park. So we decide to go to burselm park we walked round the long way had brisk walk. Once finished walk we headed for home. We arrived home at 12.30 fela took his shoes off then had his supplements.
At 12.50 we sat down for lunch fela said prayer well and ate neat and tidy. After lunch fela went to sit in his rocking chair he listened to medley of phil collins.elton john and rod Stewart. I updated fela board.fels used the toilet had bowel movement.
At 14.20 emma did some handle with fela then I did on foot physio with fela he did this very well. My self and fela then did some back we made chocolate rice cakes. Fela seemed to really enjoy this I melted chocolate and fela poured it on to rice cakes and added the seeds. We then left them to cool and set.
15.20 we left to go and get some gas we returned home 16.10 fela took his shoes of and day in his chair. Listened to music then had snack. I gave fela keloids a clean.
16.35 fela relaxed listening to music while staff did some chores. Fela helped to do come chores while I cleaned hard surface I lounge fela dod his 2 tables next to him.
I then cleaned fela keloids. Fela then used toilet them we sat down for tea. Fela said pray well and ate neat and tidy
After tea fela relaxed listening to music. He then choce to watch mona and had sensory activities. Fela had snack then he had phone call off mama.
After phone call fela started his night time routine with emma he used toilet before his bath. In writing this report fela is happily splashing in the bath.

Fela seem to of used the toilet more frequently today but hasn’t seemed to have anything more to drink today than he normally would. If could keep an eye to see if this continues
