Fela was in bed by 10:45. I did not hear anything from him the whole night despite checking on him at 1:00, 3:00 and 5:00. Miraculously, the bed was dry.
I greeted him with his refreshments and supplements at 7:00. He was still lying down and seemed reluctant to get up, but gave me a smile. His youtube video of relaxing music for sleeping was still playing softly as it ran for 11 hours. When he was in the loo, I changed it to a morning jazz to help wake him up. I did the board while he was having his refreshments.
He completed his morning routine and was down for breakfast at 9:00. Michael served him and sat with him whilst I had a shower and got dressed. Zoe and Teresa arrived at 9:30 and Fela left for home at 9:45. He was calm and in a happy mood.
