Fela had his tincture and did his routine well. He got out the bath and used the loo . We headed upstairs . He did his routine well and very happy to be goin to bed. Fela pointed at the fan so I asked if he wanted it on he said yes . I put it on the very low setting. He got in bed and we said prayer . He snuggled down . I have heard fela throughout the night tossing and turning . I checked his camera and he was asleep for 11 . Up at 130 then back sleep 530 he used the loo then back asleep . Fela has had his supplements and juice and asked to go to sleep again . He looks shattered.
