When I arrived for shift Fela was not home from drumming. Once Fela was home we went in side and Fela went into the bathroom and sat on the toilet while staff got everything in the car ready to go to Flip out.
once Fela had finished in the bathroom and washed his hands we all got in the car and headed of to Flip out, Fela was looking out the window and had a short sleep while on the way .
omce at Flip out Fela has been bouncing away smiling and also sweating a lot.
When Fela had finished on the trampoline we have all then gone back to the car and had dinner and Fela has had another drink before returning home.
once back at home Fela has chose to watch Happy Feet Two , Fela has had a warm drink and then a bit later had his snack. About 8:30 Fela has used the toilet and staff have then run Fela’s bath. About 8:45 Fela has got underdressed and into the bath. Staff have supported Fela with personal care.
Fela has been laughing and hissing also splashing when he first got in to the bath.
At time of report Fela is relaxing in the bath.
