Shift Report:
Fela passed urine before and after his bath.
Once upstairs Fela completed his night routine excellent, we said prayer and music cd left on repeat.
I didn’t hear anything from Fela all night, at the moment I’m unable to access the camera’s to check.
I prompted Fela to the toilet at 6.30am and he returned to Ed, I went into Fela at approximately 7.10am and he had morning refreshments.
Fela completed his morning routine excellent and once downstairs he prepared his own breakfast.
Prayer said excellent and breakfast ate well
