I arrived for my shift and fela was in the shower. I had handover from Chris. Chris then went up abd completed fela morning routine with him.
Fela came downstairs and got his apron on then sat down for breakfast and said prayer with Dan, fela ate his breakfast well once finished he took his supplements. Once finished his supplements he went sat in his rocking chair and Dan did the board with fela.
Fela relaxed listening to music while we did some chores. We then got our shoes on and left to go to Tunstall Park on arriving at Tunstall Park we had a very brisk walk abd walked for about 20 min. We then returned to car once at car fela had his snack. While driving home fela start falling asleep in the car then would wake again. Fela has been full of smiles and laughter.
We then headed for home. Om retuing home fela took outdoor ware off and then wentto the toilet abd past urine. Once finished in the bathroom fela went sat in his rocking chair while lunch finished cooking. Just after 1p. We sat down for lunch fela said prayer and ate very nest and tidy once fela had finsihed his lunch he went sat in his rocking chair and listned to music. Dan did the board with fela
I wnet in to fela abd he was falling asleep, I asked fela if he would like to have lie down he got stright up and headed for sofa. I got the room sleep ready and fela got on the sofa by 2.25pm fela was laying down and very quite when I went to check on fela at 2.45pm he appears to be asleep I would say fela slept for about good 2hours. Fela woke naturally at 4.25pm went to toilet then had his snack.
Fela then went sat in his rocking chair and I did social story with fela about going see some Christmas light he seemd happy with this.
We then sst down for dinner fela said prayer and ate very neat and tidy after dinner h had pudding. Once finsihed he went sat in his rocking haor listened to music.
Just before 7pm and we got our shoes on fela used the toielt and past urine we then got in the car and headed to meir ( disscued via email with Carla thsy this was okay as fela as rule would not go out at night in the car) on the way fela was full of smiles on arrival I asked if he like to walk and fela smiled. We all had lovely walk around looking at Christmas lights fela seemed to really enjoy them and was full of smiles abd laughter. It took about 20mintues to walk all way round we then got back into the car and headed for home.
On retuing home fela took outdoor ware off and then went sst st table for his snack.
Shortly after prompted fela into the bathroom fela got undressed and asked for 5. I went into fela and asked if he was finished he got into the bath. Dan supported fela with personal hygiene.
