Fela was out of bathroom by 22:00, went upstairs gave him his evening routine , Fela went to bed at 22:10 gave him a head massage and was asleep by 22:20, Fela was awake by 23:25 he remained awake and went to toilet at 23:50 he slept at 00:45, meaning he was already awake for 1 hour 20 minutes, Fela then slept through until 7:00 where he woke up, I took a banana, his morning supplement and tea upstairs for him, after this he had shower and his morning routine then he came downstairs and had his breakfast. By the end of the shift Fela was already sitted in the dinning table having his breakfast.
