On arriving for my shift fela was taking his supplements. I went in and said hello to fela. Then had hand over from kuda. I went in to prompted fela to finish taking his supplements. Once fela had finished his supplements and he listend to music. Kuda did board with fela then fela helped to do some chores he did hoovering, wiped down table with phone on next to his chair fela did a very good job. Once fela had finished he sat in his rocking chair listening to kanye west religious service while fela was relaxing I got jobs done. Fela had snack. Shortly afterwards we got ready to go for a walk. Fela got his shoes on the used the toilet put his coat,hat and scarf on. Then we made our way for walk we went to burselm park. Once arriving I encourage fela to take his hat and scarf off and put them in his bag as it was very warm. Fela did very well on his walk and worked up a sweat. On returning to car I encouraged fela to take of his coats as he looked warm and had smjumper on fela took coat of and got in the car. We then headed for home. We havent been able to go to the butchers due to there not beening enough money. So se went stright home after walk. On returning home fela took if his shoes and jumper and hung his coats up. Fela went and sat in his rocking chair while I prepared his lunch. Once fela lunch was nearly ready, fela got his apron on and came and sat at the table fela. Fela said pray loud and clear. He ate his lunch neat and tidy. After lunch fela brought his dishes into the kitchen and washed them up, once finished he went and sat in his rocking chair. Kuda updated fela board with him. Fela chose to watch a dvd he picked to watch garfeild 2. Fela put a tick on to his daily chores chart and offered fela a stick as he had done so well with his chores today but he clearly said no.
