Shift Report:
Fela was in bath when I arrived for my sleep shift. He dried himself and went upstairs to finish off his night routine. He completed it well and said a prayer before bed. Did not hear Fela until about 5am when I heard going in the toilet. Fela went back in bed and took his drink at about 715. after finishing his fruit and drink, we started morning routine which was really slow today with a lot of prompting. He is now finishing off his supplements on the dinning table.
