Fela got out of the bath at 10pm he had his sleep tincture then used the toilet before heading upstairs.
once upstairs Fela had creams applied and got his pyjamas on, he then cleaned his teeth and use the toilet before getting in to bed. Fela completed his evening routine very well and was in bed for 10.20pm. We said prayer fela then had eye cmask on and i left music on low, i then said goodnight to fela turned lights of closed the door.
I didnt hear fela all night (i had quick look at cameras and fela appears to of slept all night). i then heard fela at 5.20am i prompted fela to the toilet he ued the toielt and was back in bed for 5.25am.
i then heard fela humming on and off i prompted fela couple time that it was quite time and time for sleep but he did not go back to sleep.
At 6.45 as Fela was still awake and lightly humming I took Fela his supplement, fruit and tea. Fela took his supplements very well then had his apple, Fela was humming on and off so went up to him and prompted Fela to continue eating his apple, I asked Fela if he would like me to sit with him or give him 5 Fela ask for 5.
At 7.10am I went back up to Fela had finished apple and started drinking his tea. After fela had finished he asked for light to be turned of and for 5, so I gave fela five.
i went back up to fela and asked if he was ready to get in to shower and turned lights on fela got out of bed, used the toilet then sat down and turned shower on. At 7.35am fela got into the shower i prompted fela to wash all over then washed his back, i said to fela i would give him 10 minutes then go back up to him.
Fela got out the shower and completed his morning routine very well, he was vocal on and off throughout but is in happy pleasant mood and has had lots smiles throughout. Fela was downstairs at 8.20 am ready for breakfast, Fela sat down at 8.25am he said prayer well and ate neat and tidy. Fela then took his supplements.
On writing this report Fela is just about to go siting in his rocking chair Phill Collins is playing.
