I have arrived for shift at 15:30 covering for Emma.
Fela was in the toilet when I arrived for shift, once finished Fela has gone in the kitchen and requested Bombay mix for snack and also a drink of juice .
Fela has then gone and sat on his rocking chair watching the stories on you tube.
Staff are pre paring dinner .
Fela has had me doing skull tapping for about 10 mins then said it was finished.
Fela has then requested more Bombay mix by showing staff what he wanted as Fela was signing for crisps.
Fela is now sat in his rocking chair watching stories on you tube still.
Fela has pointed to the door for me to leave the room when I asked if I could sit with him.
16:48 I have again asked Fela if I could sit with him and he has pointed to the sofa, I have asked Fela if he likes the stories and Fela put his thumb up and smiled .
17:00 Teresa has finished shift and mama and Michael have arrived, Michael has put sound of music on thee plex.
17:30 Fela has had supplements and then sat at the table at 17:45 said pray and beat and tidy before eating dinner, once dinner and pudding had finished Fela has taken his bowl and glass out to the kitchen.
Fela has then helped mama put on the gloves to do the dishes.
Fela has then gone and sat in his rocking chair, I have done the board.
Fela has had a facial trim and Keliods cleaned.
19:10 we have all done 15 mins walk at home with nick, then carried on to do walk at home with Lesley for a further 15 mins .
20:00 Fela has had his supplement and also his drink and snack, Fela has then listen to relaxing music.
20:40 my self and Fela have played cards before Fela went in to the bathroom.
Tea has used the toilet and got undressed and in to the bath.
Staff have supported Fela with personal care .
At time off report Fela is happy splashing away in the bath.
