I arrived for my shift and fela was just finishing his breakfast, I went in and said hello. Then had handover from zoe.
Fela sat on sofa and listening to music. While fela was relaxing to music staff did some chores.
At 10am I cleaned and creamed fela keliods then did his board with him. We decided to go for a walk instead of bike ride as it is ment to rain heavy on and off all morning and thought if got caught in rain we could get back to car quicker then we could get home on bike ride. At 10.10 fela got his shoes on and used the toilet. We took fela snack with is for him to have snack in the car as we thought get out early while the rain was holding off.
We left fela house at 10.20 and headed for biddulph Grange park, we had good walk around park and let fela lead the way. We arrived at the car at 11.12 and sat in car while fela had his snack and water as when offered them on the way to biddulph Grange park he didn’t want them.
We then headed for home. We returned home and fela took of his outdoor wear then went in to the bathroom fela sat on the toilet and had bowel movements it was only small amount but had no blood.
At 12.30 fela got his apron on and sat down for lunch, he said prayer well and ate neat and tidy. After fela had finished his lunch he went and sat on the sofa to listen to music while staff did some chores. I then update fela board.
While fela was listening to music we sat with fela he then got up to go the toilet. When fela c.d had finished we did makaton sign for sad on YouTube then asked fela if he wanted to watch or read beauty and beast, fela picked watch so put beauty and beast bed time story on you tube. Zoe came in so went and had handover
