I arrived for my shift, fela was was sitting in his rocking chair listening to music. I went said hello fela was agaited on my arrival. I then had handover from zoe and Dan.
Fela went to the toielt and had large normal bowel movment while fela was in bathroom he was happy abd laughing. He then went sat in his rocking chair and listned to music. Fela became agaited stamping feet, gruntal nosies, rocking backwards and forwards. Fela then went to vocal unhappy
Fela then was at base line and relaxed lsitbendin got music. I did the board with fela. Fela then relaxed while i did some chores.
We then did some makaton signs we did summer, bird, park and sunshine fela did these very well . Fela then went sat at table for his snack he became vocal unhappy but once sitting down was calm fela had his snack he then went sat in his rocking chair and listend to music. Fela became agited rocking backwards abd forwards, stamping feet gruntal noisy. List lasted for about 15mintues then went to baseline.
Teresa arrived and gave handover.

At 6pm we all sat down for dinner, fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy. Fela has been very noisy on nad off thought the shift. After dinner fela went sat in his rocking chair and listened to music.
We then got our shoes, fela used touelt past urine. We left to go on neighbourhood walk fela was happy lightly humming. We got close to 3 or 4 dogs asked fela to stop and quite while past dogs we went past 1st 2 dogs no problem. then the last dog start barking so fela got very nosies then started getting qgaited the dog barked more, owner let us past once past dog and across the road fela became very agaited stamping feet clapping hands gruntall nosies walking at fast pace. Fela then stop stood on the grass and was very agaited jumping up and down clapping hands, rocking gruntal nosises. Myself and Teresa kept safe distance but close enough to fela if he needed us and any members of public could go past at safe distance.I propmted fela to take of his bag n jumper. Fela had a drink off water Fela agaitin lasted for about 15mintues. We then countined walking towards home fela was happy and slightly humming. We returned home fela took of his bag and shoes then went to sit in his rocking chair fela very nosiy on retuning home but calm.

Teresa then propmted fela into the bathroom and supported him with personal care. On writing this report fela is splashing away in the bath
