Shift Report:
Fela had his tea and supplements durkng tea time. Listened to some music after tea. Zoe did the board with Fela but Fela clearly refused to do some exercise. Played cards with Fela briefly while we listened to some music. Had his bed time supplements and snack at 8. Remained baseline throughout the shift. Fela was coughing on occassions. Run the bath ready for his night time routine. His now soaking in bath.
