i came on shift jus before 16:30pm, had handover with Emma then said hello to fela. i then cracked on with chores. I then did the board with fela, at 16:45pm i did handle with fela (hug and tug). i then did foot physio with fela and the cleaned his keloids.
at 17:30pm fela took his supplements but became agitated and took him a while to take them.
I gave fela aloe on cotton wool pads as he appears to be in a lot of discomfort this evening with his keloids.
Fela used the toilet at 18:00pm, small B/M
i served tea at 18:15pm, we all said prayer and fela ate neat and tidy.
After fEla made his way to his rocker, i did the board with fela, once completed fela kept pointing to the dvd book, he then picked it up and continued to point at Joseph, i then popped Joseph on for him.
at 19:30pm Fela had his hot chocolate.
at 19:55pm Fela has his supplement and snack.
after Fela had finished he made his way to the bathroom where he reamined for quite some time, no B/M. fela became agitated whilst using the toilet and after using the toilet.
once finished fela had a call with Mama at 20:45pm.
After he had finished i popped joseph back on for him, i then cleaned his keloids.
at 21:10pm fela made his way to the bathroom, used the toilet (small b/m) and passed urine, fela then took his clothes off and got into the bath.
i then assisted fela with his personal care.
Fela is now happily splashing away on writing this report.
