I prompted fela out of the bath at 21.55 fela got himself try then used the toielt and past urine. We then headed up stairs.
Fela had creams and oils applied then got his pj’s on. Fela then went into the bathroom cleaned his teeth.Fela then used the toielt and past urine.
Fela then got into bed and we said prayer I said good night. Left music on repeat and on low.
Fela was in bed for 22.15pm and appears to be asleep by 22.35 pm
I didn’t hear fela all night. On checking the camera throughly fela appears for sleep through.
I prompted fela to toielt at half 6 but he didn’t stir so I left it 15 min then a 6..45 prompted him again fela got out bed used toilet and past urine then got back into bed.
At 7am i took fela r efreshment up and sat with fela while he had these I then prompted him into the shower room fela got undressed and into shower. I supported fela with his personal hygiene then signed 10 minutes.
I went back up to fela and prompted him out of the shower, Fela got out the shower and completed his routine he completed this well he was vocal at times.
Fela was down stairs for 8am am Fela got his apron on sat down We said prayer. Fela ate his breakfast well and very neat and tidy, after his breakfast fela took his supplements. Once finsihed his went sat in rocking chair listened to music and had cup of green tea.
