Fela was relaxing watching a film on my arrival, I said hello and then had handover, Fela as been agigtated on and off through out the shift, I did the board with fela and then I gave him a facial trim and cleaned his keloids, Fela did really enjoy this, Fela continued to watch his film, we had our evening meal and Fela became agitated for a few seconds on two occasions, after he became very high, please see arousal state, Fela went to the toilet and sat for approximately 30 minutes, Fela had a bowel movement but this was very loose, after he relaxed listening to music, Fela declined walk at home and due to Fela’s agitation through the shift and his loose bowel movement I didn’t want to push him, Fela had his evening snack and then got ready to get into the bath, Fela did well washing his hair and body, before getting into the bath I did a body map and all was clear, Fela only as hard skin on the side of each big toe and his middle finger on his left hand is sore, due to rubbing and pecking the skin, Fela is now happily splashing away in the bath.
