Fela was in the bathroom sitting on the toilet when I arrived for my shift. We had handover.
Fela remained on the toilet until approx 9.45 am and had, had a bowel movement. While in the bathroom Fela had been scratching his keloids and they had bleed so once out of the bathroom his keloids where cleaned, aloe applied and his top was changed.
Fela then had a cup of tea and his snack. Fela was very slow with his snack so we decided to go for a walk after lunch.
Fela was asked to do colouring, jigsaw and to play cards but he refused all and asked staff to leave.
Lunch was prepared. Fela ate and drank well.
Once lunch had settled we got ready and headed out to rudyard lake for a walk. I was nice and quiet there and we had a lovely walk along the lake, stopping for fela to have a drink. We then returned to the car and fela had his snack. Fela was scratching his keloids so we cleaned them again and he put some more aloe on them.
We got home, fela used the toilet and then refused any engagement from staff and just wanted to listen to music on his own. Staff prepared dinner and fela was falling asleep on the sofa.
He used the toilet again and then sat at the table to take his supplements. Fela ate well at dinner and then requested biscuits after which he was given.
Fela then choose the lion king 2 to watch and asked staff to leave. Once his dvd was over Fela had a food spa and keloids cleaned and aloe applied. Fela then had his snack and after started to fall asleep, Fela could hardly keep his eyes open. He spoke to Carla and this seemed to help wake him up. Fela then used the toilet before getting into the bath and is now in the bath splashing away.
