At 9am I arrived for my shift fela was up stairs, I had handover then i went and supported fela to completed his morning routine while zoe prepared breakfast.
Fela was downstairs for 9.25am, breakfast ate well and supplements taken.
After Fela sat in his rocking chair listening to music and drinking a cup of tea.
At 10. 25am Fela lay on his sofa, he did not sleep but did relax, at 11.45 Fela sat up and chose the Lion King two, at 12.15 zoe gave fela keloids a clean and applied Aloe Gel. Fela enjoyed this and was happy and relaxed.
Fela ate lunch well and after he sat and listened to music, at 13.45 Fela had a bowel movement, it did contain a small amount of blood.
At 2pm Angelia came for her meet and greet, she said hello to Fela and introduced herself and then we sat in the staff room and discussed shifts etc
At 14.35 Fela became vocal and was stamping his feet, zoe went in and asked fela if he would like to lie down but he declined, not long after i went in and asked Fela if he would like to lie down, Fela then lay on his sofa but did not go to sleep, Fela sitting on his sofa listening to music
Fela as requested alot of alone time this morning and early afternoon so we have given Fela space and encouraged a relaxing morning.
Fela had his snack at 16.15 i did fela board with him then zoe-lou came in for her we had hand, fela relaxed listening to music while I start his evening meal.
At 17.25 micheal brought fela shopping and we put it away fela relaxed watching cool running. I gave fela keloids a clean.
At 17.55 we sat down for tea, fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy.after dinner fela washed his dishes then went and relaxed and listend to music.
19.00 we got ready to go for walk we had walk around the neighbourhood fela did very well and worked up a sweat.we returned home at 19.40 fela took of his shoes then went and sat on toilet fela had bowel movement. After ward fela went and sat in his rocking chair fela had his top and vest changed as he had sweated a lot on our walk. and then we all sat and watched little women on dvd., zoe-lou cleaned and creamed fela keloids.
At 20.00 Fela had his supplements then had his snack. He seems to be really enjoying watching little women would stop half way through his snack hands mid air and totally focused on the t.v. Fela then had phone call of mama at 20.40
Fela finished on phone to mama at approximately 20.50
Zoe-lou start fela night time routine and got fela in to bath for 20.55
On writing this report fela is happily splashing in the bath
