Arrived at felas for my shift and meet Emma there we collected fela car then went up to carla and micheals, we arrived at 9.20. Fela was sitting in his armchair. We had hand over from Carla and micheal. Emma did the board with fela then fela got up and looked like he was ready to go.
We left carla and micheals and returned home we arrived at fela’s for 9.45. On returning home fela sat in his rocking chair and listened to music. I did fela board.
Fela relaxed listening to music then he had his snack. Shortly after fela had finished his snack we got ready to go for walk. Fela used the toilet at 11.05 then we went out for walk. We went to burselm park. On getting out of the car myself and emma noticed that seem to be limping. On entering the park fela started to limp more and became vocal, we sat down on the bench and fela had drink of water and some fruit. While fela was sat at the bench he signed for car so once fela had finished his water we headed back to car and fela was limping a lot and vocal. As soon as fela got in the car he became baseline.
We then popped to home bargin to get some witch hazel then headed for home. We retuned home at 12.05 fela clearly asked for t.v then had lay down on the sofa.
I went in to fela and he was sat up watching little women.
We had lunch at 1300 fela said pray well and ate neat and tidy. After lunch fela took glass into the kitchen then went and sat on sofa and finished watching little women. While fela was sitting on sofa emma changed dressing on fela food and applied sudocream.
On writing this report zoe is just cleaning fela keloids
