On arriving fela was just finishing his apple in bed. Claire went up and then did his routine thin while I made his breakfast. Fela came down and had breakfast at 10:25 then had supplements. He then dried the dishes. He sat down in his rocking chair and claire did the board while I did some chores. Fela listened to music for a while and then we got ready to go for a walk. Fela used the toilet and had a bowel movement ( no blood) We went to tunstall park and walked round at a very fast pace. We walked for around 15 minutes. We then returned to the car and went the long way home. Fela had his snack him the car. Once home fela took his shoes and coat off and then listened to soul women. He had lunch and then went to the toilet and sat down but didn’t have a bowel movement. then continued with his music. Fela did some arts and crafts with claire but didn’t look to happy doing it. Once finished fela sat for a while and then took him self the toilet and sat down again he was in there around 20 minutes. He came off and had his snack. Once he finished he went in the kitchen and got more Bombay mix and ran off laughing. Fela is just finishing his snack and listening to his music on writing this report
