Fela was relaxing on my arrival, I said hello and then had handover.
I then did the social story for Elisha coming to meet Fela, Fela appeared happy with this.
At 10am Fela had a cup of tea and was in a lovely happy mood. Fela then had his morning snack and continued to listen to music, Fela did become vocal but this didn’t last long, Zoe Lou asked Fela if he needed the toilet and Fela told her to leave.
This morning Elisha came for her meet and greet, she arrived early but we had already done the social story with Fela, Fela said hello and appeared happy, we chatted and Fela was smiling, after we went into the staff room to give Fela space and not to overwhelm him, before leaving Elisha said goodbye to Fela and that she would see him soon.
At 11.20am Fela had his keloids cleaned and cream applied, Zoe Lou also updated the board.
At 12.35 Fela had his supplements and then had his lunch, Fela said prayer well and ate well, after Fela took out his dishes and washed up, Fela did an excellent job and had a sticker.
At 14.00 I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied cream, we then got ready to go out, we went to Tunstall Park and Fela was very happy and content all the way around, we walked at a brisk pace and Fela chose the way.
When we returned home Fela relaxed and listened to Joseph and the amazing technicolor dream coat, I did the board with fela and he appeared happy.
At 15.51 I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied cream, I also applied a plaster to Fela’s right index finger, due to bleeding, this occurred through Fela pecking his skin, Fela was very vocal but very happy, I think he was very excited to be going to Mama and Michael’s house for his dinner.
At 16.40 we got ready to leave, Fela was very happy in our arrival at Mama and Michael’s house.
