Shift Report:

Fela completed his evening routine well, and was in bed and lights off by 22:35. I first applied tea tree oil to the athlete’s foot between his small toes on each foot, aloe propolis to dry skin on his toes and finger nails, keloid cream and finally tiger balm to his forehead, chest and back which he really loves. I left fire crackling youtube video (10 hours)on to muffle the sound of birds and traffic.

I did not hear Fela again until 6:00 so I prompted him to the loo. He became a bit vocal in the loo, but nothing out of the ordinary. He was probably talking to the birds. He was sniffing a bit. He emerged from the loo at 6:30 after repeat promptings, and his repeatedly asking for ‘5’. I prompted him to blow his nose then he had his supplement with water, tea and apple whilst listening to ‘Wednesday jazz cafe’ on youtube. After his refreshment, I asked him if he wanted to lie down again, and he asked for ‘5’ after making a request for porridge with the usual trimmings.

Fela lay down around 7:00 but did not fall asleep as he was making noises on and off. At 7:45 I came in to him and signed for shower. He asked for two minutes, but then Michael bellowed ‘time to get up’ in the background, and Fela shot out of bed faster than Linford Christie in the 100m sprint.

Fela did his morning routine well, and was down for breakfast at 8:35. He is now finishing his breakfast and supplements, and Claire and Chloe have just arrived at 9:10.
