Shift Report:
Fela got out the bath and did his routine well, he used the toilet and then got into bed. We said prayer and then I left his fan and music on, fela was silent until 11:50 I went up and he used the toilet and then he was silent until around 5am he used the toilet, I went up at 7:10 woth his supplements and tea and fruit and then he did his routine well. I have put a dressing in his keliod due to it bleeding, I’ve looked in the camera this morning and fela has had maybe 1 and a half hours from 10:30-7am
