Fela got out the bath and did his routine brilliant, he had a bowel movement before getting into bed, we said prayer and then I left his music on, fela slept all the way through until 7:20, he used the toilet and then I took his tea and fruit up, morning routine done and was downstairs for 8:20 breakfast and supplements had and is now listening to some music
