Fela got out the bath at 10pm he had is sleep tincture and then used the toilet. He then went upstairs and did his routine well, he used the toilet and when he got into bed at 10:30pm he became very agitated. (See report) this lasted around 10 minutes. And then he was happy. He said prayer and put his eye mask on and he then told me to shush while smiling. Fela was quite until around 11:45 then was vocal for 15 minutes. He then was quiet untill he use the toilet at 6;55. I have oooked back at the camera and fela didn’t go sleep untill around 1:30 and was awake at 6am and then used the toilet at 6:55 he got back into bed straight away and seemed to go back to sleep. He woke at 8:15 so I took his supplements and tea up. I’ve sat with fela and keep prompting him to eat his fruit but he is processing very slowly and I think his keloids are playing up today has he hasn’t left them alone and keeps scratching them. Fela is still eating his fruit while I wrote this report
