Fela was upstairs completely his morning routine on my arrival, I finished off Fela’s routine while Chloe prepared breakfast, Fela was sweating alot while getting dressed, so I gave Fela a small hand towel to wipe himself with and opened the windows, once downstairs Fela was vocal throughout breakfast time, Fela was very slow eating his breakfast and he’s needed alot more reasurrance from staff today, after I did the board with fela and he appeared happy, Fela relaxed and had his morning snack, after he chose a dvd to watch, I did ask Fela on different occasions if he would like to help with chores but he refused, Fela as been vocal throughout the day and is not his usual happy self today.
