Fela was listening to his music when i got in. We did the board ready to go out his dayactivities. We picked up a few things from the shop before going for a walk in the park. Returned home ready for lunch. Watched some movies and cold and flu remedy was followed as advised through out the day – lemon and ginger drink and tiger balm was applied with consent from Fela. Fela appeared tired through out the day. srtarted his night routine early as advised by on call. very slow o eating his snack. Claire supported Fela with his night routine which was completed well and was monitored by other staff.
