Shift Report:
Feal appeared to have slept through this morning and did not hear until 7am, where i prompted him for the toilet. Fela was quiet when he got back into bed and was quiet again. We didnt start his morning routine until 810. Complete his morning routine well and came down for his breakfast. Fela appears very happy and very vocal this morning. Whilst Fela was doing his morning routine i noticed abrasion of the skin on his chest on both sides. Fela now sat at the table having his supplements.
