I arrived for My shift and fela was just finishing his breakfast I went in and said hello. Then had handover from Carla myself and Dan sat with fela abd prompted him to take his supplements. Once he had finsihed his supplements fela went sat in his rocking chair and listened to music. Dan cleaned and creamed fela keliods then he did the board. While fela relaxed we did some chores.
Fela then went to the toilet past urine and had very large bowel movement. We then got our shoes on and outer ware on and headed to burslem park( we decided to go burselm as can make it long or short walk and if the rain got really heavy we could get back to car easlily) fela did very well in the walk and we walked for about 20mintues we had just got back into the car and it started to rain really heave and hail. We then left for tesco to collect the shopping.
After collecting the shopping we returned home fela helped carry the bags in them used toielt past urine. Fela went took outer ware of and went sat in his rocking chair. Dan updated the board with fela. While fela relaxed we put shopping away and did some chores.
We all then sat down for lunch fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy. After lunch fela sat in his rocking chair and I cleaned and creamed fela keliods then I applied plaster left keliod as it was bleeding.
Shortly after we got our shoes on fela used the toielt and we headed to Vue cinemas on arrival fela request toilet, past urine we then got tickets and headed to film. Fela seemed to enjoy the film. It was very bright and colourful. During film fela had pop corn and juice. Once film had finished we left at 4.50 and as walking to car fela became agaited stamping feet. Clapping hands loudly, very vocal we walked to car once at car fela got fela was vocal rocking side to side, backwards and forwards making the car rock, clapping hands very loudly so me and dan stood outside car to let fela calm fela. This lasted 20min.Once fela calm we headed for home. We returned home at 5.40pm on returing home fela took outer ware off and went into the bathroom had bowel. Once finsihed fela went sat in his rocking chair and listened to music.
At 6 20pm we all sat down for dinner fela said prayer and ate well. After dinner fela had pudding. Once he had finsihed his pudding he went sat in his rocking choar and listened to music. I did the board
Fela then sat at the table for his snack.
After his snack fela went in to the batbroom used toilet past urine. Fela then Got undress then into the bath. I supported fela with personal hygiene.
