27/01/2020 – Evening shift – paige podmore

Shift Report:

fela fine on arrival, got ready to go to flip out, put his coat hat and scalf on and he got into the car. when at flip out fela had to sit in the car for an extra 20 minutes due to unforeseen circumstances, fela remained very calm and happy and did extremely well during this period.

once inside flip out fela was very smiley and clearly eager to go and bounce on the trampolines. fela picked his spot and bounced for 30 minutes straight. before we left flip out fela used the toilet and changed his clothing due to sweating a lot when bouncing.

once back in the car fela ate all of His dinner in a nice manor he then wiped his hands with baby wipes and relaxed in the car while we drove home.

once home fela came into the house and took his shoes and coat off. fela then sat in his rock chair and picked out a film. he picked the perfect man. i put it on for him and let him relax. fela had his snack and a cup of tea towards the end of the film, fela then went to the toilet when the film had finished and passed urine. fela then took clothes off himself and got into the bath i prompted fela to wash himself and wash his hair gave some assistance with his hair to get all the shampoo out. he then continued to have a splash around and relax in the bath. fela smiling and laughing on leaving
