Michael and Claire left Green Pastures around 11:00 to drive to Bathpool for a walk. I was told they walked briskly for 30 minutes.
After lunch, Fela listened to music on plex, and was soon nodding off. I prompted him to the red settee upstairs where he was allowed to nap for one hour from 2.45 – 3.45 pm. He had a late fruit salad snack around 4.30pm and some tea. He played cards with Claire until dinnertime.
After dinner, we danced in the lounge to Michael Bolton for 15 minutes, then later Fela also got up from his chair to sway to Kanye West and sunday Service choir which he chose on youtube.
At the time of writing, he is splashing away in the bath, and I am just about to prompt him out.
