The following are the highlights and key features of Fela’s day:
- We went to the gym but only had time to do 35 minutes on arm cycle, cross-trainer, rowing and bicycle. We then entered the sauna for 15 minutes.
- On returning home, we had lunch and I read the social story of Rex coming to meet Fela. Fela seemed to be very shy and was avoiding eye contact. We did the board, and Fela did the sign for facial trim. I told him “later” and offered him cards for now and facial trim for later.
- He chose to go upstairs on the red settee. He went to get the trimming kit so I decided to give him the facial as he seemed desperate.
- Afterwards, he put the card for manicure on the board so I gave him a manicure and pedicure. He lined up a lot of cards on the board ending with bed.
- Michael was talking with Rex downstairs, and showing him how to navigate the website.
- Rex said good bye to Fela and left at 16:00.
- Fela was happy to colour the print-outs of numbers 3, 4, 5, and 6. He was really enjoying it, and we counted the objects before colouring and he signed each paper when finished.
- As dinner was ending, there was an incident [see arousal state].
- After calming, Fela has his sorbet, and I prompted him to change his wet clothes.
- We did the board, and Fela chose footspa, cooking. I prepared a footspa but he did not use it for long but preferred to use the gym ball to rest his feet on as he was sitting.
All in all, a good day although Fela was pulling my hand for touch prompts constantly. After the gym and sauna, he was tired but I missed the sign that he put the “bed” card on the board and requested to go upstairs. He probably wanted to rest for while. He seemed to be rushing through the rest of the day, pulling me to the kitchen to make hot chocolate and to the bathroom to run the bath. I think he became overly tired, and so was a bit on edge.
At the time of writing, he is relaxing in the bath.

Michael tried to restrain him from doing this, and Fela became upset and perhaps thought that Michael was a threat, so he bit Michael. Did he have a bowel movement?
