I arrived for my shift just before 9am fela was sitting on the sofa listening to music i said hello then had handover from chole and teresa.
Fela relaxed listening to music,i went into fela and prompted him to drink his tea then asked for 5. Alicia came in and gad handover, at 10.30 am fela had snack I sat with fela while ate his snack it took him 20mins to eat it,
At 11am fela got his shoes on and we left to go to Chatterley whitefield we had ,only walk around, fela sat on the bench and had his water, after we carried on walking i asked fela if he like to go up the steps ut he walked straight past them and pointed forward so we carried on straight, we then returned to car to head for home. We returned home at 12.30. Fela took of his shoes then went to Bathroom and changed his top and trousers. Once changed fela went sat on sofa listened to music.
I then cleaned and creamed fela keliods then a dressing applied as fela made it bleed a little bit.
13.10pm we sat down for lunch fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy once fela had finished he clearly said and signed for chocolate. Fela then went and sat on the sofa and listend to music and i did oard with fela. Fela then asked for 5.
At 14.00am I then had game of card with fela and we showed alicia and afterwards fela and alicia had game of cards. Fela then used toilet had large owel movement and there was blood.
At 15.00pm we all sat down and did some art and crafts we started of decorating rocks then fela did some scratch art and did amazing with both and was full of smile, after wards fela had his snack and asked for dvd,fela choose to watch alladin by pointing to it on the TV. We sat with fela then he asked for 5 and told us to go so we did some chores and started preparing of dinner. I then cleaned and creamed fela keliods and fela relaxed watching dvd.
At q8.00 just as fela dvd was finishing we sat down for dinner fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy, after dinner I did boardxwith fela and he sat on the sofa listening to music while his dinner settled.
At 19.00pm we did walk at home with Lucy and fela did very well a out half way through fela went to the toilet but afterwards carried on with walk at home, he then sat in his rocking chair and asked for little women, i asked fela if he wanted a head massage he said no. I sat with fela after doing the ironing.
Fela had his snack and supplements.
Fela used the toilet before getting undressed ready for his bath fela got into the bath at 21.00pm
On writing this report fela is relaxing in the bath
