I arrived for my shift fela wa still in bed eating his grapes . Had handover from emma. Zoe then went upstairs to fela to start his moring routine.
At 9.46 fela got into the shower. Fela completed his routine with zoe and was downstairs for breakfast at 10.30am
Fela sat down said prayer then ate neat and tidy. After fela had his breakfast fela started to take his supplements but then he became agaited jumping up and down and very vocal so left fela to calm once fela had calmed his took his supplements but needed a lot of prompting. Fela finished taking supplements and drinking water at 11.10am.
Fela took of his apron went sat in his rocking chair and I put church on youtube.
Fela then listend to the poem father I lay in tou your hands and then listend to raise hallelujah. Zoe cleaned and creamed fela keliods.
Fela then got his shoes on and used the toilet. We then left to go to mama and Michaels we arrived and fela took shoes,hat and coat of then we sat down for lunch fela said prayer and ate well. While have lunch fela became vocal and slightly agaited for short amount of time . After lunch fela went sat in his arm chair and listened to music.
At at 15.50 fela went up stairs and sat on the toilet and had bowel movement it was normal fela then sat up stairs spoke to nana hazel on the phone and had game of cards with mama.
We left green pastures at 17.15 and returned home I did fela board with him and he relaxed to music.
At 17.30 fela sat down for dinner I sat with fela then started to get agaited so left fela to calm and then went back into him.
After dinner fela went in and sat in his rocking chair he chose to watch DVD and picked little women adele tried to encourage fela to watching something different but he was certain wanted little woman on so adele put little women on. Fela then asked for it to be paused so I paused it and fela went to the toilet. Afterward felacwent back in to his rocking chair and became agaited on and off rocking backward and forwards stamping his feet very vocal for about 3minutes. Left fela to calm. Fela calmed and watched little women.
I sat with fela and he asked to play cards so we had couple games of cards.
Adele then asked fela to do walk at home and he said no.
At 19.40 fela asked and signed for bath explained fela could have bath later. Fela then became very agaitrd and stamping feet vocal rocking backwards nad forwards this lasted for about 5mins then was very vocal.
Fela had snack. I asked fela if I could sit with him he said no no then asked if could sit at table n he said no.
Fela relaxed watching the rest of the film when I went in to fela he asked for games of cards. He finished his drink then when play cards. Fela then went in to bathroom and past urine. Fela then got in to the bath and adele assisted fela with his personal care.
On writing this report fela is happily splashing in bath all supplements taken.
Fela has been up and down with agaited on and off this evening when fela has got against it had only last for few minutes. Fela has needed a lot of prompting to day and has been slow processing
