Fela was at Mama and Michael’s on my arrival so staff got on with chores.
When Fela arrived home he was agitated, stamping feet and very vocal, this lasted approximately five minutes.
I said hello to Fela and then had handover, I then updated the board with Fela.
Staff did chores, I then prepared Felas snack and we both sat at the table, Fela enjoyed his snack and then returned to sit in his rocking chair listening to music.
Fela then became very agitated, please see arousal state, this lasted ten minutes, once calm Fela was smiling.
The district nurse came and looked at Fela’s keloids, she then reapplied dressings, we are using a small piece of jelonet, cut to size and a small adhesive wound dressing to each one, once finished the nurse spoke on the telephone to Carla.
After we sat down for lunch, Fela ate well and after sat listening to music but was very vocal.
Claire arrived on shift and a full verbal handover given.
Fela as being vocal throughout the morning with only short periods of being quite.

Yes to 5 – Very Agitated After snack, once Fela had sat back in his rocking chair, Fela became very agitated, rocking vigorously, banging his feet on the floor, gutteral noises, hitting hands together, clicking fingers, this lasted 10 minutes and then Fela calmed.
