27/10/2020 – Sleep shift – zoe holmes

Shift Report:

Fela passed urine before and after his bath.

Once upstairs Fela completed his night routine very well, he then brushed his teeth and went to the toilet, it took Fela sometime but he did eventually pass urine.

Fela then got onto bed and we said prayer and goodnight to each other.

I then heard Fela at approximately 12.40, he went to the toilet and returned to bed.

I could hear Fela on and off being vocal so I went into Fela at approximately 1.30am, Fela had been incontinent, so I changed the bedding and Fela put some dry pj’s on and returned to bed.

I could then hear Fela on and off, being vocal, laughing, hissing, giggling, gently humming, this went on until approximately 4.50am.

At 6.20am I checked the camera and I could clearly see that Fela as had very little sleep, so I decided not to disturb Fela.

At 6.45am Fela went to the toilet and returned to bed.

I could hear Fela at approximately 7.30am, so I took Fela his refreshments, Fela took these well and after I encouraged Fela to lie back down, in the hope that Fela would get some more sleep.

Fela remained awake, I asked Fela if he would like a shower, Fela said yes and is currently sitting in the toilet.
