27/12/2019 – Morning shift – kuda wadesango

Shift Report:

Fela was in slow mode and very vocal in the morning today and had not slept very well. The day staff supported Fela on finishing off his morning routine. When he came down for his breakfast, it took him awhile to put on his apron to have his breakfast. We were meant to go cinemas today but due to Fela being continuously vocal and his mood we had change plans for the day and go for a walk instead – approved by mama. Claire did the board with Fela and drove to Bathpool. Fela did well walking around the park. Returned home and changed and it was already time for lunch. It also took him longer than he normally does to get changed in the bathroom with a lot staff prompting and asking for further 5 minutes while sat on the toilet. Fela said prayer and had his lunch. Fela was a lot settled and relaxed this afternoon as compared to the morning. Listened to some music and watched his movies.
