*Sorry this report is so late. Fela’s sleep was disturbed so I had to get some extra rest; plus I’ve been suffering badly with pollen allergy today. Fortunately, Michael and Claire did a good job of relieving me, and I’m much better now.
Fela slept from about 21:45 to 3:30 (new time). He had wet the bed. I tried my best to keep him up until 22:00 and so I kept the lights on. I came up just before 22:00 to prompt him to the toilet but he was already fast asleep. I reckon he wet the bed because he did not have enough opportunity to empty his bladder before sleeping.
After changing Fela and the bed, and prompting him to the loo, he was back in bed by 4:05 (new time). I heard him on and off until 6:30 when Michael took him up some tea and an apple. I checked on him on and off until 8:00 as he was making noises so clearly not eating or drinking. He needed prompting to take his apple off the table and pick up his water and tea from the table. I then put some youtube fireside jazz on, and prompted him to lie down again.
Claire came to relieve me around 9:15 and immediately prompted Fela to start his morning routine.
