Fela was in bed on my arrival, I had handover from Teresa and went into Fela at approximately 9.20am and gave Fela his waking supplements, he then went to the toilet and passed urine and returned to bed, Fela requested to go back to sleep, so I returned downstairs
Claire then went to aldi to get some shopping while I did chores in the kitchen.
I then went into Fela at approximately 11.20am, Fela went into the shower room and passed urine and had a small bowel movement.
He then got into the shower and asked for five minutes, Fela completed his morning routine well and was smiling at me trying to sing to him, Fela then brushed his teeth and went downstairs, Fela became vocal while coming downstairs, once downstairs he got his apron and sat at the table and said prayer well full of smiles and then started his breakfast, Fela then became agitated, rocking side to side, Claire left Fela to calm and he became very agitated, hitting his head with a open palm and a clenched palm, rocking very hard, gutteral noises, this lasted approximately 10 minutes.
Staff went to check on Fela but it was like every time we spoke to him, he became agitated.
I prompted Fela to sit and relax in his rocking chair and then Claire put him some relaxing music on.
Fela is relaxing at the moment.
