Fela was at Mama and Michael’s house on my arrival, myself and Zoe Lou went in Fela’s car to collect Fela.
When we arrived Fela was just starting his breakfast, once Fela finished I did the board and then we returned home, we arrived back at 10.05am.
Once home Fela took his shoes off, the board was done and then I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied cream, we then got ready to go out.
We arrived at Biddulph Country Park at approx 11.05, we had an excellent time walking around and Fela did well and really enjoyed his walk, while there Fela sat by the lake, in the shade and had his flask of water and some popcorn, Fela was in a very happy and content mood.
We arrived back home at 12.45, Fela took off his shoes and went to the toilet, Fela sat on his rocking chair while lunch was prepared, at 13.00 Fela had his lunch and said prayer and ate well, after lunch Fela washed his bowel and glass and then his spoon, Fela then went to the toilet and sat for awhile, Fela had a large bowel movement, Staff noticed quite alot of blood in the bowl and at the back of the toilet.
At 14.05 I read Fela a story from his Paddington book and Fela enjoyed this, after Fela asked me to clean his keloids, I did this and applied cream, we listened to a Makaton story about covid 19 while doing this, after Fela requested to lie down, we made the lounge ready for a nap, Fela did go to sleep until 15.00.
Once awake Fela went to the toilet and then had his snack, Fela then watched little women with staff and was smiling and very happy, at 17.05 I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied cream, Fela then relaxed listening to music.
At 17.50 Fela went to the toilet and then we had our evening meal, Fela said prayer well and ate well, after Fela had the choice of helping with the dishes or to get his aprons from off the line outside, Fela chose to get his aprons, after Fela had his keloids cleaned and relaxed listening to music.
At 7pm I gave Fela a facial trim and he really did enjoy this, after Zoe Lou did the board with fela and his social story about sleeping at Mama and Michael’s house, Fela was happy with this.
At 19.45 we all had a game of catch and throw, Fela didn’t seem impressed at first but did get into the spirit of things with encouragement from myself and Zoe Lou.
Fela had his evening snack and then we got ready and went to Mama and Michael’s house.
