arrived on shift and met Clair and rex at the house . We went up to Michel and Carla’s. Fela was sitting on the chair with his drum. I prompted him get his shoes on . He began jerking his head. I moved bk he got his coat on and then carla came and he began to try get carla get the drum in and out . So she left he then went upstairs to the toilet fela tried pulled me to the bathroom door which I asked him not to he went into the bathroom . He then came down and we got in the car . On arriving home fela got out of the car and got adjatated. On the drive . Stamping rocking and jerking he pulled his trousers down and exposed himself on the drive. He came in and went into the living room
And got adjatated . After he calmed fela listened to music and claire did the board . He was happy with it and listened to music. I went asked him if hes ok and he asked me sit . I made him a tea and sat with him claire came in and we read a few stories. Then he ad snack at the table . After he got adjatated and then we left
Fela was banging the table his head . Jumping up and down .lasting 15 mins and then I went to it him and he ad finished his tea he said yes and I asked him if hed like sit on the rocker he didn’t later he had supplineta and lunch. He got a bit adjatated just before bt I think he was hungry. After he returned to the chair . Reg left and he ad a dvd on . Me and Claire’s did chores . On leaving fela was in his rocker he as been up and down all day
