I propmted fela out of the bath at 21.50 he had his sleep tinticure and got himself dry
Fela used the toilet and past urine. fela then headed upstairs and completed his evening routine had creams applied and got pj’s on, fela went into bathroom cleaned his teeth and used the toilet past urine fela got into bed we said prayer and then i said good night.
I left music on low for fela.
Fela was in bed for 10.15pm on checking the camera fela is asleep by 11pm
I didn’t hear fela all night on checking the camera fela slept from 11pm until 6am.
I prompted fela to the toilet at 6 30pm he went to the toilet past urine then got back into bed. Laid down pulled covers over his head and went back to sleep
I heard fela at 7.45 am so i took his refreshments and sat with fela while he had this once fela had finished I prompted fela in to the bathroom fela got undressed, fela used the toielt past urine and had large normal bowel movement he then got into the the shower at 8.05am I supported fela with his personal hygiene then signed 10 minutes.
I went back up to fela at 8.15am and prompted him out of the shower fela got himself dry then completed his moring routine. Fela completed his routine very well was vocal on and off while doing his routine
Fela was downstairs by 8.35 am and sitting down for breakfast fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy. Once fela had finished his breakfast he took his supplements and then he went sat in his rocking chair and listened to music. I did the board with fela and he wait for Michael and Carla arrival.
Micheal and Carla arrived and I gave them handover.
On writing this report fela has just left with Michael and Carla to go to flip out
