I arrived for my shift and fela was just finishing his lunch. I said hello then had handover from Teresa and zoe. Once fela had finsohed his lunch he went sat in his rocking chair and listened to music. I then dod the boardcwith fela and put a beautiful day in the neighbourhood on plex.
Fela went to toilet independently abd past urine. Once finished in bathroom fela went sat down watch his dvd and had snack.
Once film had finished I put music on for fela.
Dan arrived for shift gave handover I then started dinner perpation.
I did the board with fela then while dan did some chores myself and fela did handle and foot physio .
Just aft 6pm we all sat down for dinner fela said prayer and ate well. Once finsihed dinner fela went sat in his rocking chair and Dan did the board with him. We then redressed fela faces as bandages come of just as he was about to start dinner.
Fela then relaxed listneibg to music. When fela dinner had settled he had foot spa. After foot spa fela went sat at the table for his snack. Once finished his snack fela went satc in his rocking chair.
Fela then had phone call of mama. Once finsihed on the phone fela went in to bathroom used toielt and past urine then got into the bath Dan supported fela with personal hygiene.
On wrting this report fela is happily splashing away in the bath.
