When I arrived for shift Fela was sat in his rocking chair listening to music, I have said hello and then gone in for hand over.
Not shortly afterwards the board was done and then we all got ready to go to flip out.
Fela has put on his used and used the toilet and the. Put on his coat.
Once in the car Fela was quite and looking through the window.
Once at flip out Fela put his socks on and bounced for Five mins before asking if he could go in the car, we got Fela to bounce for a further Ten mind before Fela chose to have a drink.
Flea has then gone on a different trampoline and seemed happy for a while but then again asked if he could have food.
So Fela came of and got ready , clothes changed and back to the car, Fela and staff have had dinner before heading back home .
On the way home again Fela was quite on the car bit smiling.
Once at home Fela has used the toilet taken of his shoes, coat, then gone and sat on his rocking chair to watch a DVD.
Staff have put away the shopping and done some chores.
20:00 Fela has had supplement and then his snack and hit chocolate, still watching his film.
20:30 Fela has had a phone call from Mama, staff have started to run the bath for Fela .once the phone call had finished Fela has gone into the bathroom used the toilet , got undressed and then into the bath, staff have supported Fela with personal care and Fela is now splashing away in the bath.
